Our Story

Our founder, a passionate enthusiast of Chole Kulche, has lived in various cities throughout India and longed for Delhi's traditional Chole Kulche. Motivated by their yearning and a strong commitment to delivering the authentic flavour of Chole Kulche, SM envisioned a solution. A break-through idea with a sole mission to preserve the rich tradition of Chole Kulche while catering to the fast-paced lifestyle of urban dwellers. And the journey of ChakhdeChole thus began.

We conceptualised automating the Chole Kulche preparation process - to deliver an authentic and consistent taste each time. Developing a system capable of efficiently cooking and assembling the dish with precision not only addresses the problem of waiting times but also ensured uniform quality and taste.

And so, with the whir of automated machinery blending seamlessly with the sizzle of spices, ChakhdeChole represents tradition meeting innovation, satisfying the cravings of modern, bustling city.



Our Founder's Journey

SM is not your typical restaurateur. Armed with an MBA degree, the knowledge from a Senior Management Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School and a wealth of experience in Risk Management at various Global Investment Banks, they embarked on a flavourful journey to pursue their passion for food. From boardrooms to kitchen, they set on to unfold a tale where risk became recipes and investments transformed into ingredients blending their analytical prowess with a passion for authentic Indian street food. The result? A haven where tradition and modernity coexist seamlessly, a pit stop to authentic flavours and delightful experience.
